In addition, personal members and persons nominated by institutional members are automatically registered for the newsletter after the start of membership. In order to send out the newsletter, the e-mail address you enter will be stored by us. If you are not a member of the network, your e-mail address will only be used for this purpose and will not be forwarded to third parties. With your registration or the beginning of your membership you agree to this storage. You can revoke this consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can do this directly in the newsletter.

Event registration:
We use the data you provide in the context of event registration only to fulfill and process this event. This also includes the transfer of your data to the respective speaker(s) of the modules for which you have registered. If we commission third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called "contract processing agreement", this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO. Your data will only be stored by us for as long as necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. If this purpose is achieved or a legal storage period has expired, your data will be deleted by us.

Registration and participation in the working and professional groups:
Communication in the working and subject groups is usually open, i.e. the speaker(s) communicate with all group members via an e-mail in which all members are openly addressed, i.e. the addressees are contacted in "To" and not in "Bcc" and are therefore visible to every group member.
